The conference fee includes a participant kit, access to all symposium sessions, a welcome reception at Kaunas Town Hall, coffee breaks, three days of lunch, and the social dinner.
When organizers send information on the acceptance of abstracts, the participants are invited to register and pay the participation fee. At this time, participation and/or presentation of paper can still be cancelled. The deadline for registration and payment is 31 March 2026. Please note that if we have not received your registration and payment by this time, the presentation will not be entered in the conference program and the abstract is considered withdrawn. After registration and payment, no refunds will be offered apart from exceptional circumstances.
